2. Scope of Services

3Distica delivers tailored, high-qualitysolutions across the following verticals:

3D Design & Visualization: Concept development, modeling, rendering

3D Printing: FDM, SLA, SLS using materials like PLA, ABS, resin, wood filament

Custom Fabrication: CNC cutting, metal bending, fiberglass forming, foam carving

Branding & Signage: Retail displays, signage, props, stage elements

Surface Finishing: Sanding, painting (spray, textured, automotive-grade), lamination

Installation & Delivery: UAE-wide and GCC countries logistics for setup, delivery, andafter-sales support.

Each project is developed collaboratively to match client goals, timelines, and budgets.

3. Quotes and Project Confirmation

All quotations are valid for 14c alendar days unless otherwise agreed.

Work commences only after official confirmation or PO submission.

For design-based projects, a design fee may apply and is non-refundable.

Initial deposit is required to schedule production.

4. Payment Terms

Standard policy: 60% upfront / 40%upon delivery

Accepted methods: Bank transfer, Stripe,debit/credit cards

All prices exclude UAE VAT (5%) unless explicitly mentioned

Delayed payments may result in halted progress or project release holds

5. Project Timelines and Delivery

Lead times vary based on complexity,materials, and volume

Delivery estimates are non-binding but honored to the best of our ability

Force majeure (wars, political unrest,raw material shortages) are exempt from timeline guarantees

Delivery via approved courier or client pickup from our facility

6. Intellectual Property

Designs created by 3Distica remain ourproperty unless otherwise agreed in writing

Final deliverables become client property only upon full payment

Use of our visuals or concepts withoutc onsent is strictly prohibited

7. Order Modifications andCancellations

Modifications after project commencement may incur additional charges

Once fabrication has started, orders arenon-cancellable

Urgent changes impacting the time linemay require rush fees

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Due to the custom-built nature of our work, refunds are not offered unless error is fully attributable to3Distica

If a product is faulty, we offer free repair or replacement within a reasonable timeline

Warranty conditions are defined based on material type and use case at project confirmation

9. Limitation of Liability

3Distica is not liable for any in director consequential losses arising from use of our product

Maximum liability is capped to the original service fee paid

10. Privacy and Communication

By using our services, you consent to data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may communicate through calls, email, WhatsApp, or SMS for project-related updates and support.
